ITIL 4 Leader: Digital and IT Strategy certification is a two-part assessment:
- part 1: Practical assignments during the training course
- in-class, 4 practical assignments (in-group), based on a case study,
- graded in-session (the trainer evaluates the outputs of the assignments)
- open-book
- the fulfillment of all 4 assignments is required for the candidate to take the multiple-choice exam
- part 2: a multiple-choice exam after the training course
- 60 minutes,
- 30 questions,
- pass mark 70% (21/30),
- closed-book
