L.E.A.D. Program - Advanced Managerial Skills Program (Engelstalig)

This year-long journey gives managers the opportunity to grow rapidly, as a person and as a manager.

The L.E.A.D. program is designed to support advanced managers in expanding their managerial skills. After this program you will feel even more equipped to manage the team and individual team members successfully. You will learn to: 

• Reflect on your own behaviour and choices. Why do you do as you do and what is the impact of your behaviour, attitude and choices on others? 

• Really connect with others and create relationships build on trust, transparency and clear appointments.  
• Perform different kind of interviews, like appraisal -, correction -, inspiring - and ‘bad’ news interviews. 
• Use different leadership styles depending on the needs and the maturity level of the staff members 
• Be able to use key elements to motivate, inspire and influence others. 
• Build a cohesive team that works together to achieve objectives.  

• Recognise and work with the diversity in your team.  
• Motivate and develop individuals within their team.  
• Deal with people problems quickly, confidently and professionally.  

The LEAD Program consists of four stages: 

• Stage I: ‘Self & Reflection’ - Get to know yourself and your preferences 
• Stage II: ‘Self & Individual’ - How to connect and communicate with individuals 

• Stage III: ‘Self & Individual’ - Leadership and influencing others 
• Stage IV: ‘Self & Team’ - How to work with a team and their dynamics 

Each stage contains two training days.

We need to be future proof. As a manager, you will play a vital role in this. Therefore we want to equip and inspire you, through the LEAD Program, exclusively designed for the advanced managers.
