Is jouw CDFOM-certificaat bijna of minder dan 6 maanden verlopen? Dan is de CDFOM hercertificering bij Vijfhart precies wat je nodig hebt. Het certificaat verloopt na drie jaar en met deze hercertificeringscursus zorg je dat jouw titel Certified Data Center Facilities Operations Manager geldig blijft. In drie dagen fris je je kennis van datacenteroperaties volledig op en word je opnieuw voorbereid op het examen. Deze cursus is ontwikkeld door EPI en exclusief in Nederland te volgen bij Vijfhart.

In de cursus worden alle essentiële thema’s uit de oorspronkelijke cursus opnieuw behandeld, maar met een focus op actualiteit en verdieping. Je herhaalt onderwerpen als teammanagement, SLA’s, vendor contracts, compliance en fysieke beveiliging. Daarnaast besteed je opnieuw aandacht aan capaciteitsmanagement, floor management, onderhoudsstrategieën en monitoring. Er wordt ingegaan op praktijkvoorbeelden, nieuwe inzichten en best practices, zodat je niet alleen up-to-date blijft maar ook je vaardigheden verder aanscherpt.

De hercertificering is praktijkgericht en sluit nauw aan bij je dagelijkse werk. Je oefent met realistische scenario’s, zoals het opzetten van een incident response plan, het beoordelen van een vendorcontract of het analyseren van monitoringgegevens voor betere capaciteitsplanning. Hiermee versterk je je vaardigheden en toon je aan dat je nog steeds voldoet aan de internationale standaarden voor datacenter operations management.

Certificering

Op de laatste dag leg je opnieuw het officiële CDFOM-examen van EXIN af. Slaag je, dan wordt je Certified Data Center Facilities Operations Manager hercertificering officieel vastgelegd. Het vernieuwde certificaat is drie jaar geldig. Volg je de cursus online of kun je de laatste dag niet aanwezig zijn, dan ontvang je een examenvoucher waarmee je het examen later online kunt afleggen. De examenkosten zijn inbegrepen in de cursusprijs.
