"Personally I think that Vivian is one of the best trainers you have. Even in an online environment she makes sure that everyone is paying attention and she makes it interactive in a nice, fun way. I also thought putting an actor in the course is very smart and it was so fun to interact with her. Courses like 'Intake Experience' could really benefit from an actor like this too, because you truly do learn on 'simulated' situations. Vivian is very caring in her approach and during the training I truly learned how to better communicate - which I will now put into practice.

"Ervaren en inhoudelijk sterke trainer die goed de theorie en opdrachten over kan brengen. Daarnaast hing er een erg prettige sfeer in de groep waardoor de meer introverte mensen ook goed hun communication skills konden oefenen. Verder onverwachts veel geleerd van oefenen met een acteur. Al met al erg leuke en leerzame drie dagen beleefd, had het graag zo weer gedaan.

"I took several trainings through the Academy and AdvantageYou, but this was by far the best. Cas is an excellent instructor: he perfectly knows how to balance theory and practical tips on effective communication. I learned a lot about how communication and perception actually work and got new perspectives on how my communication style can be improved.

Also, Cas took into consideration the personalities and needs of every participants and adjusted the trainings accordingly. His feedbacks were always constructive and to the point. He made everyone feel understood and appreciated.

Cas is emphatic, kind, and very emotionally intelligent. I felt safe with him to open up, and he listened and helped me to overcome some problems.

This training really taught me a lot and I'm confident I'll be using all the techniques and tips in my everyday life, not just work!

"The trainer, Vivian, manages to keep everybody engaged the whole day and creates an environment that feels save to practice and ask questions. Although the training is quite long with 2 1/2 days and quite intense since you have to really work, I would absolutely recommend it to colleagues. It 's not just another communication training that teaches about different theory's but much more tailored to 'real life' and I feel I learned a lot that will benefit me in the future. We had a lot of real experiences we could apply the theories on and learned how to actually use the theory's in our daily life. I liked the part with the actor a lot, it was my first training with an actor and I was a bit nervous about it, but Marianne really made it a learning experience and made everybody comfortable, she was not there to give us a hard time and let us fail.

"De trainer is erg geduldig en weet goed constructieve feedback te geven. Het Frame of Reference was daarnaast erg nuttig.

"It was a training provided by two very knowledgeable trainers. There was lots of opportunity to interact and learn, both by doing and by watching the other team mates in action. Plenty of examples from both personal and private life were dealt with. The actor that joined in session two was a great addition to the training. Especially with the feedback provided after conversations, both by the trainer and actor.
