Module 1: A Review of PRINCE2 Agile Foundation
- A series of quiz questions reviewing key knowledge of PRINCE2 and agile methods acquired on the foundation course
Module 2: PRINCE2 Agile – Additional Concepts
- A series of videos covering content not presented at foundation level, including:
- Agile contracts
- Defining value
- Servant leadership
- The Cynefin framework
- All PRINCE2 management products
Module 3: The McNeil Group
- An introduction to the case study approach taken in the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam
- An introductory video explaining the company and the project used in the case study
Module 4: PRINCE2 Agile Tolerances and Targets
- A series of three case studies where learners apply the PRINCE2 Agile tolerances and targets to an element of the project
- Evaluate the effectiveness of how tolerances and targets have been applied
Module 5: PRINCE2 Agile Focus Areas
