conscious choices, this training course will give you the tools and

This programme consists of three parts:
• Structuring customer conversations; from contract to
contract!
• Applying commercial/communication skills to uncover underlying
opinions and facts.
• Talking about different topics in an inspiring way and handling
difficult responses.
After the training, participants will be able to:
- Be accepted by the customer as a “transition advisor” and initiate and guide discussions.
- Conduct effective discussions from an advisory role, focusing on the balance between relationship management and innovative discussions.
- Assess the customer's transition capacity in terms of motivation, knowledge and skills.
- Inspire clients to take action and see this as added value.
- Confront the client convincingly with clear arguments, without damaging the relationship.
- Handle positive and negative reactions from clients (such as resistance, criticism, personal attacks) in an interpersonal manner.
- Coach each other to become better at difficult conversations by promoting an open feedback culture.
