PRORIS’s mission is to enable successful Leadership. We offer you to Learn and Experience a variety of Situations and Challenges in the daily practice of your Agile Leadership or Project Leadership.
If you need to know how you might cope with problems or difficult situations in Leadership of Projects then the Online Skills and Knowledge Exercises are the solution to evaluate in a cost-effective way your Leadership competencies. An online Knowledge evaluation consisting 60 questions in order to determine any additional need of Knowledge in 60 minutes. An online Skills evaluation consists of 50 problems and difficult situations typically encountered during the day-to-day running of a project, in order to determine the strengths and additional training needs in your leadership skills in 90 minutes. The Leadership evaluation enable you to discover your strengths and weaknesses in your leadership Skills and Knowledge. Part of the Evaluation also a Personality questionnaire may be included to determine your Personal Profile.
