My Drives [English]

What drives you? Understanding the answer to this question is essential to understanding yourself and others. Everyone is driven in their own way and perceives the world through his or her own color glasses. Drives have enormous significance for your behavior, energy and effectiveness. It is therefore not surprising that in Europe alone many tens of thousands of people have taken questionaires to learn about their colors.

Why does one person feel challenged by competition and the urge to perform, while another focuses on cooperation and harmony? Why does one team member make decisions immediately while another wants to analyze all the details first? Why does a team leader find it easier to work with one employee than another? Our actions and thoughts are strongly influenced by our drives. These drives determine what we see, how we adapt, and what motivates or demotivates us. A better understanding of these drives allows us to better understand both ourselves and our colleagues.

To develop yourself is to learn to be able to do what you want. Superman does not exist, nobody can do everything, and some things you should not want. Understanding your drives helps determine what (and how) you want.
