"Training evaluation: I have to provide a feedback on the training 3 times: in my SAFe community portal, to Gladwell and to my company. If you could synchronize with SAFe, it would be an improvement for the trainee!
Planning: Would be good if you could provide the schedule (start/end time) in advance in order to book the flights. I received them very late.
Content: the 2 first days about values and principles are very very intense (too much for me). Would be very helpful if you could provide the documentation to read in advance and possibly some tests / assessments to make sure that we have the right level of knowledge before attending the training (prefer specific documentation or the slides of the training rather than asking to refer to the SAFe portal because there is too much info and we dont know what to read in advance)." - 20-02-2020 00:00

De cursus Japans niveau 8 is geschikt voor cursisten met een halfgevorderde kennis van de Japanse taal. Om aan deze cursus deel te nemen, dient u iemand om een gunst te kunnen vragen en advies te kunnen geven. Ook kunt u hulpwerkwoorden gebruiken en passieve zinnen vormen.
Nadat u deze cursus hebt afgerond kunt u uw verwachtingen uitspreken en voorwerpen met elkaar vergelijken. U kent alle beleefdheidsvormen en weet hoe en wanneer u deze dient te gebruiken. Tijdens Japans niveau 8 leert u meer over de meest respectvolle en nederige beleefdheidsvorm keigo (敬語).
Tijdens deze cursus leert u ongeveer 150 nieuwe woorden, waardoor u na deze cursus ongeveer 1.250 Japanse woorden kent. U kunt 30 nie…

De grammatica die u tijdens Japans niveau 8 leert is onder meer passende werkwoordsvormen voor keigo (いく、来る（＝まいる、食べる、飲む＝いただく), causatieve constructies (食べさせる、行かせる) en passieve causatieve constructies (食べさせられる、行かされる).
Het eindniveau van deze cursus is gelijk aan niveau N4 van de Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).

"The training is the most intense I have ever seen. Lots of things to learn, few breaks. The only downside is the many activities were a complete waste of time. I would rather have more breaks or more theory. Also the levels of the class was very uneven." - 30-12-2019 00:00
